Each friend got a custom pokemon card, cell phone with instructions on how to play all the many games T and I planned together. Mini plastic pokemon figures perfectly into the 2” gumball plastic containers.
Ninecakes made a custom Pokemon themed cake and mini cupcakes.
All the kids got their own custom Pokemon card badge with their photo on the Pokemon card. Made from here. You can upload and print your own!
Empty cans wrapped with images I found online for target practice using the same gumball plastic containers.
Kids had to see how many times they can stomp up on the pink balloons. It was meant to be on the ground but the wind was too strong so I hung them from the tree branches.
Each child picked an action card from the bag and had to act out what it said.
This was one the easiest and all kids got into it. I downloaded images to create my own pokemon hunting game.
These wall decals worked so perfectly on all surfaces! It stuck on tree trunks, cement and pretty much on anything!
Hand painted blue mylar balloons to mimic the poke stops. Kids had to collect empty containers to keep their mini pokemons they will catch during a game.
I covered a cardboard sheet with wrapping paper and print outs of pokemons. Kids had to throw their red plastic ball into a cut out space to be able to ‘catch’ their mini pokemon figures.
Tru helped me make this DIY Pikachu pinata. We made it too strong though! It wouldn’t crack so at the end we just had to tear it open and throw all the candy out. Still the kids loved it.
Cake time!
Strawberry shortcake flavor by Ninecakes. So good.
I tried a Pokeball platter.
It was a good day!
