THE STORY BEHIND THE PAINTING
After a long day exploring we had our last snack before returning to Milan. My favorite part of this painting might be the ducks swimming below us. Lake Como was full of them during October. The weather was a bit chilly and wet but it was perfect for walking around.

I told my boys that if I was a duck I would be a lake como duck. They have the best backdrop and swimming pool.
