STORY BEHIND THE PAINTING

Italy was so hot and we were so jetlagged, daily affogatos were the best pick me ups. We learned that frequent breaks for drinks and snacks made our sightseeing much more enjoyable especially when traveling with a teen. There is a sense of urgency to not miss out on the sights to take photos, videos, and all the things but it’s the moments in between that often times becomes our favorites memories. Talking, laughing, and telling stories while we walk to the train, sitting and quenching our thirst, playing some cards…things times are what comes up when we say remember the time we were in…?
